We are a small family owned cheese company. We use milk from Larry Gerringer Dairy where the cows are
grazed onĀ chemical-freeĀ grass pasture.









For us, the dairy which was started in 1949, is really a family affair.













We start every day by 4 a.m. to sanitize equipment for the morning

milking. A herd of 200 Holsteins and Jerseys are milked twice each day.

Milk that is not used for cheese goes into milk processing. We also manage the herd health, breeding and calving.





The cheeses we offer are: fromage blanc spreads in several varieties. fresh cheese chunks, feta, aged cheddar type cheese, farmer cheese, mozzarella and three types of Mexican cheese. We also make cultured butter, and eggs from free range chickens.


In the future we plan to offer grass fed beef, and pasture pork.
